Miguel Pagan is an American resident of New Britain, Connecticut.

Pagan is an aspiring rapper who goes by the moniker "Wookie." He has a recording studio at 184 Clark Street in New Britain, Connecticut.

On April 13, 2017, Pagan was arrested after authorities investigated a Facebook post he made about throwing a party.

During an interview at the New Britain Police station, Pagan admitted to having sex with a 14-year-old female minor who had been reported missing by her family.

Pagan told authorities he had picked up the minor on the west side of the city on April 7, 2017, and he also admitted to having photos of her on his phone.

Authorities applied for search warrants for Pagan's Facebook account and cellphone and found 13 photos of the victim dating back to April 3, 2017. The photos indicated that Pagan had known the girl before keeping her at his home for almost a week where he raped against her will.

During an interview with police, the victim named eight other men who raped her.

She stated that Pagan had raped her several times over the course of six days and had bitten her.

The victim also stated that Pagan used a knife while raping her and cut her stomach and neck.

Pagan has been charged with trafficking a person, aggravated sexual assault, unlawful restraint, kidnapping with a firearm and two counts of risk of injury to a minor by sexual contact.

Authorities are looking for seven other men believed to be involved in the sex assault.
