Michelle Lee Rounds-Monteleone was an American Entrepreneur who was once a top recruiter for Modis in New York. ^[7]She was known for being the partner of Rosie O'Donnel for a few years. ^[6]

Michelle was born and raised in Addison, New York to parents Roger and Gayla. ^[7]She attended Addison high School. ^[4]

After graduating high school, she attended State University of New York New Paltz

where she received her Bachelor's in Construction management. ^{[4] [7]}

Right after she graduated from college, she lived in New York City where she worked on Wall Street. ^[7]

After, she became the top recruiter for Modis in New York City for many years. ^[6]

Growing up, she had tom-boyish characteristics according to her friends and family as she enjoyed the outdoors, doing such things such as: sharp shooter, enjoyed boxing, golfing.

Rosie and Michelle met in 2011 and wed a year after.

The couple quietly wed in their home in Nyack, NY. Rosie then filed for divorce from Rounds in February 2015, and a settlement was reached a few months after. Rosie publicly admitted that both women are happy about the outcome. ^{[1] [6]}

In September, 2015, she was hospitalized for an apparent overdose of prescription medicine as an attempt of suicide.

According to numerous sources, Rosie had to stay on the phone with Michelle until EMS arrived.
