Michaella Surat is a student at Colorado State University. She is a member of the Gamma Phi Beta sorority. [3]Surat hails originally from Centennial, Colorado.

Arrest

In April 2017, Surat was charged with third-degree assault and obstructing a peace officer.

During her arrest, a video of her being slammed face first into the ground was published on Instagram by Barstool Sports. She suffered a moderate concussion, bruises and a contusion of the chin. She is currently free on $1750 bail.

The disagreement started with Surat's boyfriend confronting a club bouncer.

Surat shoulder-checked the bouncer and a police officer and then pulled her boyfriend from the area.
