Michael Winchester was a Ramp Supervisor at Southwest Airlines. [1] [undefined] [666666] Michael was a former Oklahoma University punter and played from 1984 to 1986, and was father of James Winchester, a long snapper for the Kansas City Chiefs. [undefined] Michael was a member of the Oklahoma Sooners team that won the 1985 Orange Bowl. [undefined]
Michael was Mortally wounded in a shooting that occurred at the Will Rogers World Airport. [1]
Death
On November 15, 2016, at around 12:50 p.m., Winchester was fatally struck at a parking lot at Will Rogers World Airport. [undefined] He was rushed to a hospital where he later died from his wounds. [1] [undefined]

Personal Life
Winchester was University of Oklahoma's punter from 1984-86 and lettered on Barry Switzer's 1985 National Championship team.
He was also the father of James Winchester, a long snapper for Oklahoma from 2010-11 who now plays for the Kansas City Chiefs. [undefined]
