Early Life
Sheridan was born in Teaneck, New Jersey. Son of Genny Bianco and Dr. Donald Sheridan who was once Medical Director at Clinton Correctional Facility where Dr. Sheridan once had David Berkowitz as one of his patients. His Uncle was Walter Sheridan known as Robert F. Kennedy's right hand man
Education
Sheridan attended private schools first at St Anastasia in Teaneck then Paramus Catholic High School before transfereing to Bergenfield High School after being kicked out for truancy. In 1984 Michael attended Center for the Media Arts, a now defunct Media 2 year college in Midtown Manhattan where he learned Audio Engineering.
Career
Sheridan got his start in the entertainment business at the age of 16 where he trained as a DJ by Chris Bell and Dave Sirulnick. It was at The Rink in Bergenfield NJ that he was able to work along side acts like Run–D.M.C., LL Cool J, Grandmaster Flash, and Afrika Bambaataa. He also once battled Kool DJ Red Alert.
At age 22 Sheridan moved to California and took his talents to Night Clubs.
In 1995 he was voted Best DJ in the East Bay (San Francisco Bay Area) from the readers of a night club publication called Night Owl.
In 1997 Sheridan moved to Chico, California to become a Food and Beverage Director for Holiday Inn. It was there he honed his restaurant skills before he was quickly recruited by Outback Steakhouse. By 2001, Sheridan was Proprietor of the OutBack Steakhouse of Irvine, California [3]. In an effort to boost sales Sheridan made the Irvine Outback the first in California to open for lunch. Now every Outback Steakhouse is open for lunch.
After fulfilling his contract with Outback he left California and moved to Florida where he continued his restaurant career with Brinker International as a General Manager for Chili's in Melbourne, Florida. In 2011 Michael headed west to hel a friend open a new restaurant in North Bend, Washington. The partnership failed, Sheridan decided to leave the restaurant business and move into retail with Costco in Issaquah, Washington where he was an Inventory Control Specialist. In 2013 Sheridan fell ill with an un diagnosed Genetic Disease that he didn't he was carrying his entire life. His work life came to a hault. In 2017 he was diagnosed with a dominant recessive mutated Perlecan gene.
Personal Life
Sheridan has never married and never had children.
As a restauranteur with Outback and others companies he moved around a lot which made it hard to settle down.
The work hours in the restaurant industry aren't conducive with family life.
Besides being a fan of dance and club music, from 1985 to 1995 Michael followed the Grateful Dead on tour wher he saw them 121 times[1] before seeing the remaining band members for their 2015 reunion. He was featured in a Wall Street Journal article abou that event. Sheridan was joined in his adventures by his friend Yogi Dog in 2009. Michael also dabbles in painting, he once had a showing at a gallery in Sacramento, California.
