Michael D'Antonio is an acclaimed writer who wrote a biography of Donald Trump. who resides in Long Island with his wife, and has previously lived in New York, Washington, and Maine.
Early Life
D'Antonio was born and raised in New Hampshire. He graduated from The University of New Hampshire with a BA in Political Science and Journalism.
Career
Michael has worked as a Journalist for several prominent magazines, including Esquire (magazine), The New York Times Magazine, The Times of London Magazine, Discover, Sports Illustrated, The Los Angeles Times Magazine, etc. He has received numerous accolades, his most notable being the 1984 Pulitzer Prize, shared with a team at Newsday that explored the medical, legal, and ethical issues surrounding the Baby Jane Doe case. After fifteen years in daily journalism, including National and international reporting, D'Antonio became a full-time freelance author and writer in 1991. In the time since then, he has published more than a dozen books and hundreds of articles.
He has sold many original film stories including two, Deacons for Defense and Crown Heights, that have been produced and aired on Showtime. [1]
