Mercy Leyal (born March 9) is an Indian Actress who predominantly works in Tamil TV Industry. She is best known for hosting TV series Deivamagal and Vamsam (TV series) and Ponmagal Vanthal.^[1]

Mercy was born and brought up in the Quilon district in Kerala, India. She completed her schooling from Sarah Tucker Girls Higher Secondary School, Palayamkottai. She is a graduate of Sarah Tucker College, Palayamkottai where she obtained a Bachelor's degree.^[2]

Mercy made started her career in Tamil TV industry with the Soap opera “Deivamagal ”. It was directed by S.Kumaran and produced by Vikatan Televistas. She had a chance to act with Krishna (Tamil actor) and Sai Kiran, Nathan Shyam and Vani Bhojan. She was also part popular TV series Vamsam (2013-17). She became famous playing a negative role of' Pushpa' in the family melodrama TV Series Ponmagal Vanthal (TV series). She acted in Ponnukku Thanga Manasu (TV Series) which aired on Star Vijay in 2018 and also in 'Roja' which televised on Sun TV in the same year.^[2]
