Meera Joshi (13th July 1991) is an Indian Model,Actress ,Dancer,Choreographer who works in the Marathi & Hindi TV and Film Industry.She is known for her acting in popular serials like'Dil Dosti Dobara ' ,Diya Aur Baati Hum.She has choreographed in lot of dance shows including top rated shows like Nach Baliye, Hindustan Ke Hunarbaaz. ^[1]

She was born on 13th Julky 1991 in Ratnagiri city in Konkan region of state of Maharasthra in India.Her father Vijay and her Swati both worked as a bank employee in Bank of Maharashtra. She also have one brother.She has done her schooling from Ratnagiri but she completed her gratuation in Bachelor of Arts in German language at Fergusson College Pune.Since her childhood, she has 7 years training in Bharatnatyam and also trained in Kathak.^[1] When she decided to persue career in acting ,her parents were not keen at first to allow her.^[2]

Despite her parents’ worries, she later moved to Mumbai to kick start her acting career.

She gave a lot of auditions, but did not get any break in the first two years.She

then got the chance to work in some choreography projects for her survival but her debut for acting was late that finally worked on the Colors Marathi show called ‘Majhe Mann Tujhe Zale’.

She was first noticed on the Mi Marathi channel's dance based show ‘Khallas Dance, Ekach Nivad’, where she was one of the 6 finalists. Later, she was seen working as a choreographer for a number of leading shows, which included Hindustan Ki Hunar Baaz, Nach Baliye season 7,Dance India Dance, Dance india dance – Little Masters and Eka Peksha Ek Apsara Ali.With her success of her TV shows, she was later chosen as an assistant choreographer for the movies Bajirao Mastani and Shimla Mirchi.She helped Priyanka chopra in the film Bajirao Mastani for the song Pinga, in getting her Marathi moves right.Though her initial work was mainly as a choreographer, she is also focused on pursuing her acting career.In 2016, she was seen in the youngster oriented movie titled Youth and ‘Tujhya Vina Mar Java’.

She has done modeling for many big companies like Castrol India and Dating.com.She did lots of Short Films & Webisodics, anchoring too.She

appeared in many episodes of Crime Patrol (TV series) on Sony TV.She has do been popular through Item songs in Marathi films as well. ^[3]
