Maureen Blumhardt (born Jan 01, 1970) is an American humanitarian, model and she is the spouse of retired ‘National Basketball Association’ basketball player Charles Barkley.^[1][2]

\She was born on January 1, 1970 in Scottsdale, Arizona, US.She spent most of her days growing up in Arizona. She attended Villanova University where she graduated from and also joined the 'Columbia Journalism School.'

She always wanted to be an actor when she was younger but could not attain it due to some circumstances she then ventured into the business area.

She is involved in doing charitable works especially for women.

She is involved in a non-profit organization in Phoenix named 'Fresh Start Women’s Foundation' a foundation that is determined to empower women.

Her services has enabled women to improve their lives through education, training, and engagement.

She has also been a part-time model and legal aide she has also been in an advertisement of a body-vibration machine called the 'Noblerex K-1.'

She is currently married to Charles Barkley,an American retired NBA legend. They first met in a restaurant called City Avenue at that time she was working as a part-model in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. It was an akward moment as they faced a lot of issues due to their racial differences and could not talk to each other at their first meeting

In the 80's then their relationship could not go public because of interracial marital issues in the society of then Philadelphia.They finally made it work and got married in 1989 in front of a judge having a court marriage without any involvement of the media. Her husband Charles, who was a notorious gambler in the past, due to which he has lost millions of dollars and now often displays his gratefulness toward Maureen for transforming his life.

They have been married for 25 years now and had a daughter Christiana Barkley who was born in the same year of their marriage.
