Matthew Humphrey is the Founder of LendingHome, a technologically advanced lending platform. He is based in San Francisco. [1] Matthew was selected to the Forbes 30 Under 30 list in 2017 for the Finance category. [1]
Education
Humphrey attended Carnegie Mellon University where he earned a degree in computer science in 2007 and an MBA in entrepreneurship in 2008.
Career
Early in his career, Humphrey founded Envivial, Eivod, and Cloudant.
He wasa Generalist at Kickball Labs and Builder at Bumba Labs.
In 2009 he cofounded the local offers platform HomeRun which was acquired by Rearden Commerce in 2011 for $100 million; he became the VP of Merchandising until 2013.
Matthew launched LendingHome in 2013 and raised over $100 million in venture funds and made $1 billion in loans since launching in 2013.
