The charges stemmed from a case where he was accused of lewd behavior with a 13-year-old girl when he was 22.

Joseph is accused of killing Kaladaa Crowell, 36, and her 11-year-old daughter, Kyra Inglett, on Thursday, December 28, 2017.

Crowell was killed at her 822 Third St. home, while Inglett died the next morning after being taken to St. Mary's Medical Center. ^[1]

He is believed to have fled in Crowell’s 2012 gray Toyota Camry.

The four-door vehicle has a Florida Bethune-Cookman University tag, with the license plate number BAOMJ.

Joseph was last seen at 5:37 a.m. Friday, December 29, 2017 withdrawing money from a bank near Military Trail and Community Drive.
