Mark De Simone or DeSimone is reportedly a former state legislator for Arizona.
He was a Democrat and represented District II which is now known as District 28 which covered north Phoenix, Paradise Valley, and Scottsdale, in Arizona’s House of Representatives in 2008.
Charges:
Mark De Simone is charged with the murder of 34-year-old Duilio Antonio "Tony" Rosales.
The incident occurred at Excursion Inlet, a remote hunting spot 35 miles northwest of Juneau in Alaska on 5/15/2016.
De Simone reportedly shot Rosales twice in the back of the head 'Execution Style'.
The weapon he used was a.41 magnum revolver.
