Marcus Kowal is a professional MMA Fighter & Kickboxer. He is a 2nd degree Krav Maga black belt. Marcus owns Team Systems, a self-defense, fitness & fighting gym with locations in Hawthorne, Westwood, and Encino neighborhoods of Los Angeles. [1]
In September 2016, Marcus lost his toddler in a drunk driving accident in Hawthorne, California. Liam was transported to UCLA Medical Center after the accident and was declared brain dead. Marcus had to make the difficult decision to remove his son from life support, saying "I have never felt more pain." Liam's organs were donated to other families in need.
