Marco Streng is an entrepreneur and blockchain enthusiast. He is a co-founder of Genesis Mining Ltd. as well as founder Logos Fund. Streng lives in London. ^[1]

Streng is originally from Germany. ^[1] He attended Ludwig-Maximilians-Universitat where he was on track to earn a degree in mathematics. ^[1] Streng dropped out to pursue other ventures.

In 2013, Streng co-founded Genesis Mining Ltd. which has grown to become the largest Bitcoin cloud mining company in the world. The firm serves over 300,000 daily mining customers and employs more than 100 full-time employees worldwide. Instead of looking for outside investment, the company used their profits to fuel its growth.

In January 2016, Streng founded Logos Fund, which caters to high capital investors and has $100 million in assets.

In October 2017, Streng became an Advisor to HIVE Blockchain Technologies, a public company that is building a bridge from the blockchain space to traditional capital markets. ^[1]
