In July 2017, Dionne was recorded in a video that went viral on social media throwing a dog out from the owner's car during a road rage incident. ^[1]

In the video, Dionne is seen getting into an argument with another driver, Gary Keay, on Bloomfield Avenue near Gates Avenue.

After Dionne is pushed by Keay, Dionne runs over to Keay’s car, reaching in and then throwing the dog onto the sidewalk before speeding away.

The dog, a 12-year-old miniature Pinscher named Daphne, was not seriously injured and ran back to its owner’s vehicle. ^[1]

Dionne has been charged with animal cruelty charges by the New Jersey SPCA. ^[1]
