Mansour Memarian is Executive Chef of Palazzo Versace Dubai. Memarian grew up in Germany. His family originally hails from Iran. ^[0]

Memarian joined Palazzo Versace Dubai as Executive Chef in August 2017. He was previously chef de cuisine at the Burj Al Arab's Al Mahara restaurant. ^[0]

Memarian has held executive positions at hotels such as Shangri-La Hotel, Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi and Chedi Andermatt in Switzerland.

Before arriving in the United Arab Emirates in 2010, Memarian worked in various hotels and dining establishments in Europe.

During his eight-month tenure as head chef at Jagdhof Glashütte in Germany in 2006, the restaurant earned a Michelin star. ^[0]

Memarian later moved to Innsbruck, Austria, to open Pavillon restaurant and shortly thereafter, the restaurant was also awarded a Michelin star.

In 2008 he was named the 'Best International Chef' in Austria and his cookbook Gourmet Raffinessen was voted 'Best Cookbook' in the same country.
