Manisha Thakkar is an Indian Actress who predominately works in Hindi and Gujarati TV series and Films. She is best known for Baal Veer (2012), Doli Armaano Ki (2013) and Safalta 0Km (2020).^[1]

There is not much information available about her early life, but she was born in a Gujarati family in Mumbai. She graduated from the University of Mumbai.

Manisha started her career with character role of 'Sunaina Thakkar' in Indian soap opera Saas Bina Sasural. She played many cameo roles in the TV series, then after. Her notable roles came in Papad Pol – Shahabuddin Rathod Ki Rangeen Duniya as Bijali, Krishnaben Khakhrawala as Aditi, Jassi in Sawaare Sabke Sapne... Preeto for NDTV Imagine TV and Anchor Tanisha in R. K. Laxman Ki Duniya. She also appeared in many TV Commercials as well.^[2]

She rose to fame playing character of 'Bhatkati Pari' for four years in Children's fantasy TV series Baal Veer (2012-16).^[14] It was televised on SAB TV. She continued working on silver screen and acted in another soap opera Doli Armaano Ki in 2013. It was aired on Zee TV.^[3] In 2020, she acted in Gujarati movie, Safalta 0Km. ^[15]
