Mandakini Goswami is an Indian Actress and Producer who predominantly appears in Bollywood movies. She is best known for III Smoking Barrels (2017), Brina (2018) and Swaraaj (2003).

Mandakini was born and brought up in Guwahati, Assam, India. He completed her schooling and graduation from Guwahati. She went to Delhi and took acting lessons at the National School of Drama.^[2]

Mandakini started exploring theatres during her training at NSD.

She is an active theatre artist.

She made her Bollywood debut in the movie Bandit Queen in 1994. Since then She has been associated with Bollywood movies. She acted in movies like Karvaan(1999), The Warrior (2001), Swaraaj (2003), III Smoking Barrels (2017), Brina (2018). She became popular playing the character of 'Nilima' in the movie, "III Smoking Barrels (2017)". The movie was released in five languages, including Hindi, English, Assamese, Nagamese , Bengali and Manipuri.^[12] She also made a guest appearance on "Radio Gup-Shup" program on Radio One (India) (93.4FM), where she had an interactive session. In 2020, She appeared in the short movie, "Mannat".^[3][1]
