Makayla Jones is a 15 year-old teenager from the North Pointe neighborhood of St. Louis, Missouri who attends Clyde C. Miller Career Academy. She went missing on February 15th, 2017, and was later found on February 17, 2017. ^[1]

Makayla aspires to become a Doctor someday and is very much involved as a volunteer in her community. ^[1]

On February 15th, 2017, after Makayla was out of school, she took the bus where she got off at Hodiamont and Skinker to go to work.

That was the last time that she was seen as her boss has stated that she never came in for shift.

She was found on February 17, 2017 and police are now investigating her disappearance.

The last time her mother saw her was in the early morning before she headed for school on the day she was reported missing.

Her home is located at the 1600 block of Veronica Avenue in the city’s North Pointe neighborhood.

St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department have launched an investigation as they believe that she is endangered. Several volunteers have taken to the pavement to search for several buildings in the area.

The teen was last seen wearing her school uniform — a navy blue polo shirt, navy blue jacket and khaki pants.

Police ask that anyone who comes in contact with Jones or has information on her whereabouts to call 911.
