Madison McManus was a 16-year-old student at Oak Mountain High School. She originally hails from Shelby County, Alabama and was a cheerleader for ACE of Birmingham.

Madison was seen by many to be free-spirited, independent, and loved God.

Her non-judgemental personality made people feel appreciated when she listened to them.

Madison is remembered for having a contagious laugh and a big heart.

Death

On December 21st at 12:30 am, Madison lost control of her vehicle and collided with a tree at the intersection of Stoney Brook Drive and Brook Highland Parkway.

She was pronounced dead soon afterward.

Police are investigating the incident.
