Marx has been a substitute teacher with the district for two years.

In the Media

On November 8, 2017, Marx was arrested and booked into the Montgomery County Jail and is facing two charges of sexual battery, after being reported of having a sexual relationship with two 11th grade male students. [1]

Authorities were notified of the allegations against Marx around 8:00 a.m. local time.

She was arrested after a detective found probable cause for her arrest.

She admitted to Kettering police detectives to sending several nude pictures through Snapchat and Instagram to one of the students.

She is accused of having sex with one of the students in July 2017 in the parking lot of Big Lots on Wilmington Pike in Kettering.

She also had sex with the other student in the parking lot of Van Buren Apartments on Smithville Road in September 2017.
