On Tuesday March 27, 2018, Arnett was arrested on a sexual battery charge on allegations of having sexual intercourse with a student. She is scheduled to be arraigned at noon Friday March 30, 2018 in Franklin Municipal Court.

She is being held in the Warren County Jail under a $25,000 bond.
