Biography
Early Life
Lynne is a native of Sioux Falls, South Dakota where ever since she was a little girl, she was associated with politics. At the age of 6 years old she wore a t-shirt of Ronald Reagan. [18]
Education
Lynne DiSanto received her degrees at Chadron State College. She received degrees in Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing, and her Master of Arts in Counseling psychology. [8]
Career
Lynne is an entrepreneur who has worked in Black Hills, South Dakota for more than a decade. She is the owner of Fast-Teks On-Site Computer Services of the Black Hills, assisting an array of clients with computer repair, virus fixes and network solutions. [18]

2014
In 2014, she won the elections for the District 35 seat.
2016
Elections for the office of South Dakota House of Representatives took place in 2016. The primary election was held on June 7, 2016, and the general election was held on November 8, 2016. The candidate filing deadline was March 29, 2016. [6]
Incumbent Lynne DiSanto and incumbent Blaine Campbell defeated Dave Freytag and Michael Hanson in the South Dakota House of Representatives District 35 general election.
Board Member
She has sat on boards and committees of the Allied Arts Fund Drive Board, Dahl Fine Arts Center, and Community Service Connection, while active with the Humane Society of the Black Hills, Behavior Management System’s Festivals of Trees, Leadership Rapid City, the VFW, Children’s Care Hospital, Working Against Violence Inc., and United Way of the Black Hills.
Personal Life
Lynne Hix-DiSanto lives with her husband and children in Rapid City, South Dakota. [16]
She and her husband, Mark, a veteran insurance agent with the Knights of Columbus, have been married five years and live with their three sons a few blocks from Valley View Elementary School.
She is a member of Pennington County Republican Women, the Republican ambassadors, the Rapid City Chamber of Commerce and the National Rifle Association.

On September 7th, 2017, Lynne posted an offensive meme criticizing the car crash at the Charlottesville Unite the Right rally which took place on August 12th, 2017. On the day of the rally, a car plunged through a crowd of protesters causing severe injuries, including the death of Heather Heyer. The driver of the vehicle, James Alex Fields Jr. has been arrested. James was a prominent supporter of the rally. [7] [3]
Lynne's meme reads, "All Lives Splatter", and at the bottom of the meme, it also reads, "Nobody Cares about your protest.
MOVE YOUR ASS OUT OF THE ROAD".
On the same day, people took notice of the post and she immediately took it down.
Later that day, she spoke on the phone with Rapid City Journal and apologized for her actions. [14]

"I am sorry if people took offense to it and perceived my message in any way insinuating support or condoning people being hit by cars,” DiSanto told The Rapid City Journal.
“I perceived it differently.
I perceived it as encouraging people to stay out of the street.”
