Luke Gatti is a former student of University of Connecticut. He is a competitive skier and New York Mets from Long Island, New York.

Gatti gained notoriety in October 2015 when he was caught on camera berating a student union cafe manager who wouldn’t serve him bacon-jalapeno macaroni and cheese because he was carrying an open beer.

local time, Gatti was recorded on video that went viral on Social Media. The incident occurred on University of Connecticut's student union.

Over the course of the nine-minute video, he called the cafeteria manager a “f---ing idiot,” shoved him and spit on his face before employees took him down.

Gatti tried to bring an open container of beer with him to the cafe restaurant and was intoxicated.
