Early Life
Niec was born and raised in the country of Poland, and was later brought to the United States at the age of three years in the year 1979. He and his family moved to the state of Michigan. [1]

Until the time of his deportation on Tuesday, January 13th, 2018, he lived in the house with his wife and the rest of their children.
The couple have a daughter each, and plan to have another child.

Criminal Record

Dr. Niec had misdemeanor convictions when he was in high school.
One of destruction of property less than $100 and the other of receiving stolen property at the age of 17 years old.
The most recent conviction was in 1992.
Kalamazoo County court records show Niec pleaded guilty to a 2008 operating impaired by liquor offense in Kalamazoo County.
He completed probation, and the conviction was set aside, the plea withdrawn and the case dismissed, as part of a plea agreement.
In 2013, he was charged with domestic violence in 2013.
The jury found him not guilty after a trial, records show.
According to records reported by the news, Dr. Niec also has a trail of traffic violations.
Some of them include Speeding and careless driving.
Career
Since 2007, Dr. Niecn has been a physician, a valued employee and respected member of the Bronson medical staff.
He worked at Bronson Internal Medicine Hospital Specialists in Battle Creek and Kalamazoo as well.
Deportation
On tuesday, January 16th, 2018, he was taken away by ICE at his home during his day off and with his daughters.
Three officers came to his house and told him that he was being detained.
