Luis River a, also known as, "Fat Louie", is the father of the young rapper, Lil Poopy. He has been affiliated with gang activity and cocaine distribution in the city of Brockton, Massachusetts, which is also where he is based. ^[2]

He came up with Lil Poopy, the hip hop name for his son, Luis Rivera Jr., because he claims that he used to poop a lot when he was baby. ^[4]

On August, 2016, his son, Lil Poopy, was signed to a four year recording contract with Epic and Sony Music. ^[0]

Child abuse

On February, 2013, Rivera Sr. was arrested for suspicion of child abuse.

The State Department of Families and Children conducted a thorough investigation that included interviews with family members, school officials and medical professionals.

Luis Rivera claims that he has been harassed by authorities.

Arrest

On June, 2016, Rivera Sr. was on the list of 50 people arrested and charged in federal courts in Boston.

He was accused of being a part of a network of numerous leaders, members, and associates of the 18th street Gang, East side Money Gang, and the Boylston Gang.

He was charged with conspiracy to distribute cocaine and cocaine base.

A grand jury indicted Rivera after evidence was presented that he was in possession of 280 grams or more "of a mixture and substance containing a detectable amount of cocaine base".
