Lucy Guo (born October 14, 1994) is an American entrepreneur, Computer programmer, and product designer ^{[14] [4]} She is the co-founder and COO of Scale, an API platform for human labor. ^[14]

She programmed and designed Apply to Date, a web application that allows people to create profiles of themselves and apply to date people online. ^[7]

Her company was was in the 2016 summer batch of Y Combinator, and was featured on TechCrunch's top Y Combinator companies article. ^[14] She has also worked as a product designer at Snapchat and Quora, and was a software engineering intern for Facebook. ^[7]

She studied Computer Science & Human-Computer Interactions at Carnegie Mellon University. ^[7]

She is a Thiel Fellow. ^[4]
