Luca Lin is an entrepreneur and business executive. He is one of the co-founders of Domeyard LP, a a hedge fund, CTA, and CPO that uses high frequency strategies to trade U.S. equity futures and currencies.
Domeyard LP
In October 2013, Luca Lin joined Christina Qi and Jonathan Wang as a co-founder of Domeyard LP. The hedge fund aims to use mathematical models that find easy ways to reinvent high-frequency trading for fast execution. They do this through machine learning, picking up signals at a rapid pace.
Initially, they had an interest to meld technology, mathematics, and finance.
The three co-founders came together at Baker House, an M.I.T. dormitory, and began trading electronic sessions in European markets at 2 a.m.
Eventually, the company turned into a hedge fund backed by big quantitative trading names, like Renaissance Technologies co-founder Howard L. Morgan and founder of Acadian Asset Management Gary Bergstrom.

In November 2017, Lin and his two co-founders of Domeyard were listed in the 'Finance' section of Forbes 30 Under 30 for 2018.
