Loic Biver is the General Manager of Hublot Greater China.

He is the son of legendary figure in Swedish watchmaking, Jean-Claude Biver .

Biver was the mastermind behind the Big Bang Meca-10 P2P—the first ever watch that can only be purchased by Bitcoin.

The idea for the watch began when Loic Biver and Hong Kong based Hublot boutique manager, Maxime Castric, were talking about the possibility of releasing a watch for the 10th anniversary of Bitcoin.

He was also the prime force behind the launch of the Big Bang Unico Sapphire All Black, a cutting edge watch that took over 5 years to develop.

Only 500 units were made available and they retail for about $50,000 a piece.
