Logan Pence was a 17-year-old from Ludlow, Kentucky.

Logan grew up in Ludlow and attended Ludlow High School.

He enjoyed riding his scooter and was passionate about tattoos.

He is remembered for his sense of humor, easy-going attitude, and for having his friends back when they needed him.

On February 13th, Pence was riding a scooter near the five-way intersection in the vicinity of 25th, 26th and Madison avenues when a vehicle struck him.

Pence was transported to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center where he was later pronounced dead by medical examiners.

Police are investigating the incident.
