Liz Dueweke is an American writer, journalist, content creator, and reporter who works at KCPQ-TV Q13 FOX in Seattle, Washington. She is smart, hard-working, and passionate. Liz is well known and respected by both her viewers and colleagues for her professionalism and quality journalism.[1][2]

Liz Dueweke was born on November 4, 1984, she celebrates her birthday on 4th November.
She stands at a height of 5 feet, 8 inches.[3]
She shared ways to weight loss without cutting off comfort food in her social media.
On 8th July 2018, she posted how one could eat chocolate and still aid their weight loss on Instagram.
Liz’s parents were married for close to 50 years.
Unfortunately, her mother, Gladys passed away in 2014, and her dad, Norman in 2016 at the age of 74.[4]

Liz Dueweke studied Theatre and General Studies atMichigan State University from 2002 to 2003. She obtained a degree in Broadcast Journalism from Oakland University in 2006, where she was a member of the school’s publication as well as other on-campus societies and groups.
Marital Life
Liz is married to Adam Mertz.
Given her declaration of love for her husband across all social media platforms, it is safe to say the married pair are madly in love.
The love story can be traced back to 2007 when they first met.
However, Adam only sealed the deal when he proposed to the Fox 25 anchor on 16th February 2013.
Shortly after the engagement, the pair tied the knot on 11th October, the same year. Since then, the adorable couple keeps painting the town red with their love. Their constant declaration of affection for each other on social media has forced people to term them as “couple goals.”
Well, the married pair are yet to have children of their own.
But, both Liz and her husband are dog lovers and own two dogs, namely Wolfe and Diggy.
Career
Liz began her career as an intern at Fox 2 WJBK in 2005 in Southfield, Michigan & was a freelance reporter and writer for the Real Detroit Weekly for 2 years from 2005 to 2007 in Detroit, Michigan. She later headed to Yuma, Arizona where she landed a job at Sunbelt Communications’s KYMA network. She spent 2 years working in a variety of positions that included being a weather presenter, a news anchor, a producer, reporter, general content editor, and web editor.
In 2009, she eventually left to join WRJT in Flint, Michigan.
There, she worked for a few months as a daySide reporter and a weekend anchor before leaving. In 2010, Liz moved to Oklahoma City in Oklahoma and started working at “TheSpyFM” radio station as an internet / on-air radio host. She worked with the station for two years while also working for the KOKH-TV station as a social media content creator a morning news anchor and a reporter. [6]
Her next stint was in the Greater Seattle Area where she joined KOMO-4 TV as a midday reporter and a morning news anchor.
After a year, she took a role as a multimedia content creator at KwCPQ-TV Q13 FOX, also located in Seattle, Washington. Liz has been working for KCPQ-TV Q13 for the last few years. She is currently the main anchor for the morning news show. Other roles she has held at the station include expert communicator and social media content creator.[7]
