Liam Kowal was the toddler son of MMA fighter Marcus Kowal.
In September 2016, Liam was killed by a 72-year-old woman named Donna Marie Higgins who was driving drunk.
Higgins hit Liam's stroller in a crosswalk in the afternoon.
His babysitter only suffered minor injuries, but Liam was taken to the hospital and died of injuries.
Fans of Marcus have started a Go Fund Me campaign to pay for Liam's funeral.
