Levi Pinion was a 16-year-old from Walhalla, South Carolina. ^[5]

Levi grew up in Walhalla and attended Walhalla High School. He was an enthusiast of chewing tobacco and posted tins as his cover photo on Facebook. Levi also played the guitar. He was in a relationship with his girlfriend, Deanna Michelle Elrod. In his free time, he enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Levi is remembered for his sense of humor and kindness towards others. ^[5]

During the early morning of August 26th around 2:40 am, Levi was riding in the back of a pickup truck in a Walmart parking lot when he was ejected from the vehicle. He later died from his injuries resulting from the incident. ^[4]
