LeGus Holloway is a Resident of Texarkana, Texas. ^[1]

On November 17, 2017, Holloway was recorded on video that went viral on Facebook beating a dog and strangling it. ^[1] In the video, he beats a dog in a vehicle, drags it out, and continues to beat it. ^[1]

LeGus Holloway then slings the dog over his shoulder by its collar and walks away. After walking a short distance, he slams the dog back on to the ground. ^[1]

Zach Muldrew can be heard laughing throughout the incident. ^[1] The Texarkana Police Department issued a warrant for his arrest. ^[1]

The dog was later relocated and taken to a local veterinary clinic by the owner.
