Lee Cyr is a Detective with the Fairborn, Ohio Police Department.
Cyr has been placed on leave for violating the department's social media policy after he posted a comment celebrating black activist MarShawn McCarrel's suicide.
Lee wrote "love a happy ending" in a Facebook thread about McCarrel.
