Early Life
Laurel Coppock was born on August 22, 1970 to Susan Coppock, a broadway actress and dancer. She has two sisters, Selena and Emily Coppock. While the former is a stand-up comedian and actress the latter is an art appraiser and dealer. Laurel Coppock spent much of her growing up years in New York. [2]
Education
She is an alum of Colby College as well as the Circle in the Square Acting Conservatory in New York City.
Career
She performed improv and sketch comedy for 5 years in Chicago with a long list of groups including People of Earth and The Armando Show and she's a founding member of the highly acclaimed improv group the Rag Dolls. Laurel was a cast member of the famous comedy theater Boom Chicago in Amsterdam from 2005 to 2006. [1]
She is known for her work on Crazy, Stupid, Love (2011), Comedy Jam (2012), and Food Chain (2008). She is married to Bobby Mort. They have one child. [2]
Personal Life
She is married to and television producer Booby Mort. Bobby is trained as a sketch comedian in Chicago and is a founding member of the sketch comedy trio
