Larry Russell Dawson is a 66 year old minister from Antioch, Tennessee.
Allegations
In October 2015, Dawson was caught yelling "I'm a prophet of God!" from the balcony of the House of Representatives.
He was charged with unlawful conduct and assault on a police officer.
He was issued a "stay away order" by D.C.
Superior Court after disrupting congress.
On March 28, 2016 he was at the Capitol Visitor Center attempted to go through the metal detectors and, when stopped by security, he drew what looked like a weapon and was then shot by police.
Dawson was taken to the hospital where he is being treated for his injuries.
