Police have identified Engen in the shooting of 2013 Horlick High graduate Deonta Lezine that occurred on March 17 in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. They are following the investigation as an attempted murder. The victim remains in critical condition and on life support.
Engen has a tattoo of the numbers “420” on his right arm.
Police also said they believe Engen carries a.38-caliber handgun and is considered dangerous.
