Kunal Thakur (born July 12, 1988) is an Indian actor and model who predominantly appears in Bollywood movies and Hindi web series. He is best known for Ragini MMS: Returns (2019), Hum: I'm Because of Us (2018) and Kabir Singh (2019).^[1]

Kunal was born and brought up in Abu Dhabi, Dubai. He completed schooling from The Abu Dhabi Indian School and did his college education at Symbiosis College of Arts and Commerce and Royal Holloway, London. He is a graduate of the University of London.^[2]

Kunal made her acting debut in the 2018 in Web series, Hum: I'm Because of Us (TV Series).^[10] He became popular playing the character of 'Gaurav Gill'. He soon made Bollywood debut in the movie, kabir singh in 2019. He impressed audiences and critics with his performance as 'Kamal'. In the same year, He acted in ALTBalaji web series, Ragini MMS: Returns.^[13] He has also appeared in Indian soap opera, Kasautii Zindagii Kay (2019) and short films ‘Grimreaper inc’ ^[14] and ‘Miscalculation in 2019.^[2][1]
