Kristov started his career in 2009 as a Computer scientist and worked in Information Assurance for Federal government of the United States agency as civilian. From 2011 to 2014 he worked as a Security Consultant at FishNet Security. Since 2014 Kristov has been the Co-Founder and Contributor of the Open Bitcoin Privacy Project, an open source, global organization whose mission is to improve financial privacy within the Bitcoin ecosystem.
In 2007 Kristov received a Bachelor of Science in Computer science from University of Massachusetts Amherst. In 2009 he obtained a Master of Science in Computer science from Stony Brook University.
