Kristian Harloff, Founder of the movie review and news website Schmoes Know alongside his partner Mark Ellis. Together they publish videos to YouTube, write articles, and do a weekly podcast. He moved to Los Angeles, California to pursue a career in writing before falling into stand up comedy. He was a stand up comic for 10 years. While performing comedy, he worked for Joel Silver's production company Silver Pictures in the feature film development department from 2004 until 2007. He was born in Bayside, Queens, New York City. His daughter frequently appears on his Instagram. He has met a number of stars through his work, including Jenna Coleman and Bruce Campbell. ^[1]
