Kourtney was backstage with Chase's mother during one of his concerts, Chase then began singing "Change Your Name", a song he had written just for her.

Chase's mother then brought Kourtney to the front of the stage while he was still playing, when the song ended he knelt down and kissed her.

The two met in Dallas on October 9th, 2015, which was also Chase’s birthday. She was a promotional model at the venue where Chase was also doing a private show with his band.
