Career
Kimberley harbored a keen interest in theater since childhood.
She would participate in school plays but learned the craft after she graduated high school.
She began her journey as an actor in Seattle, where she actively did theater for a while and worked with some great talents. She did several original plays with Lewis Black for the 'Rep.' Simultaneously, she worked at 'The Cheesecake Factory' to earn extra money. She also featured in many ‘Broadway’ productions, such as ‘Boeing-Boeing’ at Vancouver’s 'Arts Club' and 'One Slight Hitch' at 'A Contemporary Theatre' in Seattle.
Her career transformed when her manager recommended her name to actor-screenwriter Andy Tennant. She bagged a role as a series regular, but unfortunately, the show got canceled. However, it ended up being a TV movie named ‘Thunderballs’. It featured her as ‘Nikki.’ She had already featured in a short titled 'Live Henry Live' in 2009. ‘Thunderballs’ brought her enough money, and she realized that as an actor, she should be open to different platforms to survive. Soon, she began scouting for film roles and got an agent in Vancouver. In 2012, she got the recurring role of ‘Brooke Cross’ in the Canadian–British science fiction 'Primeval: New World.' That year, she appeared in four more shows, 'Alcatraz,' 'A Bride for Christmas,' and 'Supernatural.' In 2013, she appeared in the police-procedural drama series 'Motive’ and the Canadian science fiction 'Continuum.' She also featured in the superhero comics video 'Super Buddies’ from the 'Air Buddies' franchise.
