Kim Ann Luzaich, also known as Kimm Ann Škoro, is former American lawyer, known as the wife of popular Croatian singer i presidential candidate Miroslav Škoro.

Kim Ann Luzaich was born in McKeesport, city near Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. Her father was Emil Luzaich, owner of Emil's Restaurant in Rankin. Her parents divorced when she was six year old.

She graduated at Duquesne University School of Law. She supported her education by working for tips in father's restaurant. She was member of Zeta Tau Alpha sorority.

Following graduation, she began to work in a law firm specialised for civil litigation.

She met Škoro in Pittsburgh 1988, at the tamburica concert organised by Croatian Fraternal Union. According to her interview to Slobodna Dalmacija, it was love at first sight. They married in 1989.

Because of her husband, she abandoned her law career and relocated to Croatia in 1992.

They have two children - a son and a daughter.

Both spouses were members of Croatian Democratic Union, but they left the party in 2012.

Kim Ann declared herself as pro-life. She say that "in Croatia she would have been seen as a Republican and in US as a Democrat".
