Kiara C a.k.a. ICE Bae is an American Immigration and Customs Enforcement Officer.

Overview

After a photo was released of one of the ICE Camps holding Undocumented Immigrants, Twitter users took notice of the female ICE officer in the photo.^[1] Later it was discovered that 'ICE Bae' was Kiara, and the internet began to make Kiara a meme. Currently '#icebae' is trending on Twitter with people fawning over Kiara. ^[1]
