Kia Divband runs a daycare center in Rockville, Maryland.

He has been running it for 13 years.

He is Iranian in origin, and grew up with both Dyslexia and ADHD.

Allegations

In April 2016, Kia was charged with the second-degree murder of a 6-month-old baby girl named Miller “Millie” Lilliston who was in his care.

Millie was taken to Shady Grove Adventist Hospital, where Divband claimed she had choked on breast milk.

Her cause of death was ruled as blunt force trauma.

His center - called Little Dreamers Creative Learning Center- is located in the basement of his house.

Divband has been charged with second-degree murder and two counts of child abuse.

He’s being held on a bond of $2 million.
