On July 17th, 2017, Khulood took to her Snapchat to get a video of her walking through the heritage village of Ushaiqer in Shagra in a mini skirt. [2]The video made its way through Social Media with many users sharing it on Twitter sparking outrage amongst users. The video went viral on the Internet. [1]
Because she was in a mini skirt and without a hijab, Saudi authorities have issued an arrest.
The video has caused controversy and an investigation by religious authorities has ensued.
