Kevin Sivilay is a resident of Texas. He has a previous criminal record of car battery. ^[1]

On November 25th, Michael Plumlee and friend were finishing up golf on the 17th hole at Indian Creek Golf Course in Carrollton, Texas when a group of golfers hit their ball on their fairway, something that is not accepted in golf etiquette. When Plumlee threw the ball off the course, Sivilay attacked him with his golf club, fracturing his school and inflicting several bruises. ^[1] Plumlee went unconscious and has been hospitalized with a brain injury and several broken ribs.

Sivilay attempted to flee the scene of the crime but was impeded by several golf carts in his way.

He was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

He faces 20 years in prison.
