Criminal History
Lever has a long history of arrests related to drug possession.
His criminal activities include assault, harassment and robbery charges, according to court documents.
He was arrested by the The Lower Windsor Township Police Department in two separate sexual assault cases on September 28 and October 13, 2015, court records show.
For the arrest, Lever was charged with involuntary deviant sexual intercourse with a child, aggravated indecent sexual assault of a child, indecent assault of a person less than 13 years of age, corruption of minors and dissemination of explicit sexual material of a minor, according to court documents.
He posted his $100,000 bail in the first case and was arrested again several days later on Oct. 15 in the second.
Lever posted an additional $100,000 bail and was later released the same day, according to the newspaper.

On the early morning of July 12th, 2017, at the 4100 block of Willow Bend Drive in the Peachtree Crossings mobile home community, Evan opened fire inside of the home and killed three people.
Two women and another man were shot to death - each person was middle aged.
The shooting occurred around 8 a.m.
Right after the shooting, authorities and investigators have noted that Lever may be on the road driving any of the following vehicles.
After he fled the scene, he took off in one of the victim's cars, and went to a location where he had another vehicle waiting.
The car he took from the scene was a black 2007 Lincoln Navigator which was recovered
around 11:30 a.m.
Law enforcement believe that he may have switched cars to a 2017 Red Nissan Sentra with Georgia license plate RGC6858. It is also possible he may be driving another vehicle, a white Honda Accord with Florida tags or a black 1986 Chevrolet Camaro.
Authorities believe that there is no reason to believe that he is still in the of Gardendale.
Gardendale police, Birmingham, Homewood, Warrior, Kimberly, Fultondale police and the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office have set up a perimeter.
A sheriff's tracking dog is on the ground, and an Alabama Law Enforcement Agency helicopter is circling overhead.
The U.S.
Marshals Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task Force, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and the FBI are also involved.
A manhunt has been underway, and authorities advice for people who see Kenneth, or any of the aforementioned vehicles, to not engage and immediately call 911.
He is considered highly dangerous.
