Kendell Boyce, know for his stage name, Ken Rebel, is an American Rapper who first came onto the scene through the use of Social media some time in 2013.

Born and raised in New York, he grew up in the city of Brooklyn where he was driven by music since a very tender age.

^[15]As a kid, one of the first artists that he enjoyed listening to were artists like The Gorillaz.

In junior high he started getting into music and by the time he was a Junior in high school he started making music.

In his last year of high school, he was getting into trouble at school, so his mother wanted him to join the military.

So on the day that he and his mother were on the way to the military office, fans of Rebel came up to him and showed their love and support in front his mother who took notice.

When they arrived, the office was closed, which led to Ken Rebel taking his music more seriously.

Ken started making his music by the time he was teenager, but his style and presence gathered buzz on Tumblr where he would share photos of local performances in New York City and with artists such as ASAP Rocky.
